RETNO ASTUTI
Retno Astuti is an individual consultant, particularly for Ministry of Planning of Indonesia. Her work focused on monitoring and evaluation of dams rehabilitation project.
She was involved in Indonesia hydropower development acceleration program in 2013-2015 period. A number of sustainability assessments were conducted for dams in South Kalimantan and West Java.
She was also involved in assessing readiness criteria for dams development in Indonesia. She holds bachelor degree of Regional and Urban Planning from Institute Technology Bandung and Magister of Management from University of Indonesia.
