Li (Billy) Ziqi has more than 15 years’ experience with expertise in the field of GHG emission reduction mechanisms. He currently works as a senior auditor and North China Operations Manager at CTI Certification Co., Ltd
As project manager, he has developed multiple hydroelectric CDM projects, including writing project design documents (PDD) and monitoring reports (MR).
As validator, validator, or technical reviewer for several greenhouse gas reduction mechanisms (CDM/VCS/GS/GCC/CCER), he has completed GHG emission reduction mechanisms.
As ISO auditor, he has 8 years of EnMS audit experience and 2 years of QMS audit experience, covering multiple fields such as Power, Electronics, Food, Chemical, Steel, Cement and Paper.
He is also a training instructor for the ISO14060 series standards registered with the China Certification and Accreditation Association, providing training on carbon emissions for multiple enterprises
