AFSONA ATOBEKOVA
Afsona is the Monitoring and Evaluation Officer at Pamir Energy Company, Central Asia’s first public-private partnership dedicated to rural electrification. She holds her Masters in Economic Governance and Development from the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) Academy. Prior to entering the renewable energy sector, Afsona worked with development organizations in Central Asia. Upon joining Pamir Energy, Afsona has honed her skills in sustainability and hydropower. Afsona played a key role in coordinating the International Hydropower Association assessment of the world’s first certified - Sebzor HPP. She is also proficient in three languages: Russian, Tajik and English.
