Mr. Narayanhari (Narayan) Rijal is currently working as the Chairperson of Paragon Engineering Consultancy and Research Centre Pvt. Ltd. He has a Bachelors in Civil Engineering from Tribhuvan University, Nepal and a Masters in Hydropower Development from Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU), Norway.

He has more than 15 years of experience in different infrastructure projects with more than 10 years of experience in the hydropower sector. His expertise includes Environmental Flows Assessments, Ecological Modeling, Sustainable Hydropower Development and Training and Capacity Building programs. He also serves as the Secretary at Nepal Hydropower Association.
