ARJOLA TOLA
Ms. Arjola Tola, an Albanian national, is an experienced environmental and social specialist based in Tirana, Albania. She holds an MSc in Civil Engineering from Polytechnic University of Tirana, and a Master of Law and Public Administration from the University of Tirana, and undertook various complementary trainings in valuation, law and finance. She is a Licensed Engineer, a Licensed Property Appraiser, and a Certified Attorney in her home country Albania.
Arjola has over 23 years of work experience with a demonstrated history of working with public and private sector organisations. She recently completed a seven-year mission within Trans Adriatic Pipeline AG, holding the position of Land Acquisition Manager for Albania and it is currently engaged with Resettlement Planning for Skavica Hydropower Project in Albania. She has significant experience of working as consultant for project financed from international institutions for several infrastructure end energy projects, conducting environmental and social due diligence and developing environmental and social impact assessment, E&S management plans, with special focus on Stakeholder Engagement, Land Acquisition and Resettlement Frameworks and Plans. She has experience in drafting regulatory frameworks, guidance and methodologies in land management, including registration and land acquisition, which she applied in both public and private sector.
