Rayhon joined the HS Secretariat in 2023 as a part time employee offering programmatic support. She graduated from the American University of Central Asia where she studied Journalism and Mass Communication, holds an MSc in Public Policy and Management from SOAS University of London and studied Islamic Studies and Humanity at the Institute of Ismaili Studies in London. Rayhon is a highly skilled and dedicated development specialist with a passion for creating positive change in the world and contribute to improving quality of life. With 10 years of experience in development including in energy sector in particular, Rayhon has honed her expertise in designing and implementing effective development strategies to address social, economic, and environmental challenges. She has also developed deep understanding of the interconnectedness of communities and the importance of sustainable development. Throughout her career, Rayhon has worked with various international organizations, non-profits, and governmental organizations like the AKDN, UNDP, World Bank focusing on rural electrification and poverty alleviation, demonstrating exceptional skills in conducting needs analysis and securing funding from donors and stakeholders.
